Read-only audit (Phases 0-2) for ClickUp 86e1nvc86. Reconciles TicketSpice purchases against GHL tags and LearnWorlds access to find who is missing or mistagged. No changes made. Run 2026-06-04 via the Webconnex GraphQL API, the GHL official API (PIT, read-only), and the LearnWorlds v2 API.

Execution log (2026-06-05) Jeremy Rytych enrolled into the live TRB VIP workflow (HTTP 201) — verified provisioned: LearnWorlds account created with the Flight School Solo bundle (3 courses: Champion Sales Rep, Sales Simulator, Sales Rep Accelerator). Shipping request + workbook email + fulfillment task also run by the workflow. He had received none of it (no duplicates). | Rich Powers reclassified GA→VIP (verified a real PAID VIP — $1,499, COMPLETED in TicketSpice). Tags corrected + GET-verified; the VIP workflow fires his Solo + shipping + workbook. | Mike Albano spot-checked — verified legit GA (3rd attendee on the Columbia Plateau / Dan Schilperoort order). | GA confirmation emails skipped. | Team Support backfill N/A — Jet confirmed it is a NEW offer, nobody can have it. Result — add-on backfill confirmation (2026-06-09) Re-checked all 9 add-on contacts live in GHL (read-only). The add-ons are still invisible in GHL tags exactly as audited: not one carries a Team Support or VIP add-on tag for Columbus, because Zapier tags on ticket level (GA/VIP), not the order's add-on line item.

Team Support Add-On (At Your Service Roofing), 4 contacts — all unprovisioned: Frederick Heberling, Jeff Ehrhard, Justin Moser, Nolan Snyder. Each is Columbus GA with no Flight School Elite, no Blue Pivot Point, no prep-video tag. (Frederick's [customer - vip] + 1 month vip tags are leftovers from a prior Myrtle Beach event, not Columbus.)
VIP Add-On (Window Works), 5 contacts — 4 unprovisioned: Justin Reif, Brandon McClure, Colin Glenn, Jimmie Coleman are Columbus GA only. Rose Reif already holds VIP + [customer] flight school - elite (pre-existing); leave her alone.

Net: 8 contacts ready to backfill (4 AYS + 4 Window Works). The only remaining blocker is Jet defining what each add-on grants. Once confirmed it is a mechanical tag + enroll. Jet's Jun 8 answers resolved the rest: GA buyers with existing courses left alone, no GA confirmation email, "TBD TBD" is an empty company-name field.

Jet confirmations applied (1) Comped / invited registrations get the full deliverables, same as paid — so every completed registration is entitled to its ticket-type package regardless of amount paid. Most Columbus orders are invite comps (e.g., Element Roofing's 4 VIP tickets were comped via coupon TOPINVCOL, $0 paid, COMPLETED). (2) Team Support was initially treated as a brand-new offer with no backfill — but the per-ticket pass then found a purchased Team Support Add-On (AYS, $1,999), which reopens this for Jet (see below). Net: the VIP provisioning gaps (Jeremy + Rich) are closed; the add-on gaps are open. Flight School Solo = 3 courses (confirmed by Jeremy's grant); the two Element VIPs with 11 courses are over-provisioned, not under — left as-is.

Full per-ticket reconciliation (Jun 5) — two add-ons WERE purchased, contradicting "nobody has Team Support" Opening every team order revealed order-level add-ons (separate line items, distinct from the per-ticket GA/VIP level) that are not reflected anywhere in GHL:

At Your Service Roofing (Frederick Heberling, paid $5,595): 4 GA tickets + "Team Support Add-On" $1,999. Despite Jet's "Team Support is a new offer, nobody has it," this order bought it. The 4 AYS contacts are tagged GA only — Team Support deliverables (Blue Pivot Points, prep videos, Flight School Elite) were never provisioned. Needs Jet clarification.
Window Works (Justin Reif, paid $6,492): 5 GA tickets + "VIP Add-On" $1,997. The VIP add-on perks are not reflected in GHL (5 contacts tagged GA).

Reverse gaps — real paid buyers missing from GHL entirely The oldest order, Crosley Schunk (Mar 12, 2 GA, $1,798 paid), has BOTH attendees (Crosley Schunk + Conor Sawmiller) untagged / absent from the 22 — likely predates the TicketSpice→GHL tagging. Matthew Willman (Element purchaser, a 4th VIP attendee) is also not clearly tagged (Element's 4th seat is "TBD" in both TicketSpice and GHL). GA reverse-gaps have no course impact, but the VIP one (Matthew Willman) may.

Key findings

1. VIP provisioning gaps — RESOLVED (Jun 5) Jeremy Rytych (VIP, had no LearnWorlds user at all) → enrolled in the VIP workflow; Solo bundle granted + verified (3 courses). Rich Powers (real PAID VIP $1,499 but mistagged GA) → reclassified GA→VIP (tags GET-verified), Solo access confirmed. The other two Element VIPs (Mehdi, matt) already had access. No VIP is now under-provisioned.

2. Add-ons purchased but NEVER provisioned — OPEN, needs Jet The per-ticket pass found two order-level add-ons absent from GHL: At Your Service Roofing — Team Support Add-On $1,999 (contradicts "nobody has Team Support"; the 4 AYS contacts have no Elite / Blue Pivot / prep-video provisioning), and Window Works — VIP Add-On $1,997. See the red reconciliation note above. Decide with Jet what each add-on grants and whether to provision.

3. Real paid buyers missing from GHL (reverse gaps) — OPEN Crosley Schunk + Conor Sawmiller (entire Mar 12 order, 2 GA, paid) are untagged / absent from the 22. Matthew Willman (Element purchaser + VIP attendee) not clearly tagged. GA reverse-gaps have no course impact; the VIP one (Matthew Willman) may need Solo.

4. GA buyers with existing LearnWorlds courses — leave alone Jon Gardner (10), justin miller (9), Rose Reif (9), Aaron Miller (2), Dan (1) hold courses. GA grants none, but these look like pre-existing Flight School subscriptions, not a bootcamp over-grant. Do NOT revoke.

5. GA confirmation emails — skipped (decision) Per Paul: not re-sent to existing GA buyers (no value weeks post-purchase). GA correctly gets no course grant.

6. Tag scheme never captured the add-ons GHL shows 0 contacts tagged [ticket] ...- team support, yet a Team Support Add-On WAS sold (AYS). The Zapier tagging keys on ticket level (GA/VIP), not the order-level add-on line items — so add-on purchases are invisible in GHL tags. Worth fixing the zap so future add-on buyers get tagged + provisioned.

Purchase dates = TicketSpice order date per company. Mike Albano confirmed (Jun 5) as the 3rd attendee on the Columbia Plateau / Dan Schilperoort order (GA, COMPLETED, $899) — his GA tag is correct.

Reverse gap found: a buyer not in GHL Conor Sawmiller (2nd GA ticket on Crosley Schunk's order, $899 paid, COMPLETED) is a real attendee but is NOT among the 22 tagged GHL contacts — he was never tagged for Columbus. Low impact (GA gets no course; GA confirmation emails are being skipped), but flagging since he's a real buyer missing from the CRM segment. There may be other untagged team attendees; a full per-ticket reconciliation would surface them.

Confirm the Team Support add-on count: did any team order include vipAddon? (None tagged in GHL.) Needs a TicketSpice line-item check.
For VIPs, is the intended grant Solo specifically? Mehdi + matt have 11 courses (more than a Solo bundle) — intentional, or trim?
GA buyers with existing courses (Jon Gardner, justin miller, Rose Reif, etc.) — confirmed pre-existing Flight School customers we leave alone?
Should existing GA buyers receive the new GA confirmation email, or skip (avoid noise)?
Name gaps: matt@elementroofing shows "TBD TBD"; confirm contact details before any send.
