Bottom line
Bootcamp GA grants no course access (confirmation email only), matching Jet's recording and the Jun 2 test. The earlier GA over-grant flag was a false alarm from mislabeled campaign assets. The real issues are: two separate onboarding pipelines on two different tag schemes (TRB live, BTC all draft and inert), and seven content bugs in the live VIP and Team Support emails that are sending to real buyers now.

The core problem
The two tag schemes do not intersect. The live zap produces [ticket] ... tags. The BTC stack listens for tr-bootcamp-aug-2026-... tags that nothing currently creates. So today BTC is inert. If Noah publishes BTC and wires the inbound-webhook fulfillment flow to mint the tr- tags, a VIP buyer would get both the TRB VIP sequence and the BTC VIP Buyer Logistics sequence. Same double-send risk on GA.
Proposed split
TRB owns inclusions plus LearnWorlds provisioning (keep live). BTC owns top-of-funnel and event logistics only (lead warm-up, reminders, room block, post-bootcamp, cart abandon, reactivation). Remove or neuter BTC VIP Buyer Logistics and GA-to-VIP so VIP and GA are handled in exactly one place, and converge on one tag scheme before BTC goes live.
